Security & Data Backup
Risk assessment, firewalls, multi-factor authentication, ransomware-resistant backups and a recovery plan. Practical, right-sized protection for business data.
Key benefits
Small and mid-sized businesses are the easiest targets
Ransomware and email fraud go wherever defences are weakest. Most incidents are preventable with basic measures done correctly and repeatedly: patching, multi-factor authentication, isolated backups and least-privilege access.
What the service includes
Assessment: accounts, passwords, firewalls, patching, backups; risk report ranked by severity
Protection: firewalls, VPN, MFA, password policy, device management
Backup and recovery: the 3-2-1-1-0 rule, immutable or offline copies, restore drills
Incident response: isolation, recovery, root-cause analysis and reporting
People: training staff to recognise phishing email
Personal data protection
From 01/01/2026, the Personal Data Protection Law (No. 91/2025/QH15) takes effect. SYSMAN helps businesses review and implement the technical measures involved, such as access control, encryption, backups and access logging. Legal advice still needs to come from your own legal counsel.
Frequently asked questions
We already run antivirus — isn't that enough?+
No. Antivirus is only one layer. Many ransomware cases come in through leaked passwords or services exposed to the internet; MFA, patching and isolated backups matter just as much.
What do we do if we are already hit by ransomware?+
Disconnect the infected machines from the network, do not delete or reinstall anything yourself, and call the hotline immediately. SYSMAN helps you isolate the outbreak, assess the blast radius and recover from backups.
How long does a security assessment take?+
The initial survey is free. The detailed assessment time depends on the size of the estate and is agreed before work starts.
