Reading the status page
The status page at /en/status shows the operating condition of SYSMAN's services based on 24/7 monitoring. It is the first place to check when you suspect a service is having problems.
1. The statuses
Status | Meaning | What you should do |
|---|---|---|
Operational | The service is stable with no incidents recorded | If you still see errors, the problem may be on your side or your internal network (see section 4) |
Degraded | The service runs but is slower than usual, or part of it is affected | Watch for updates; postpone non-urgent actions if you can |
Outage | The service is unreachable or down | SYSMAN is working on it; follow the incident timeline for progress |
The page refreshes automatically about every 60 seconds — no manual reload needed.
2. The incident timeline
During an incident, the page shows a timeline of updates in order. Each update carries one of four states:
Investigating: the incident has been logged and engineers are finding the cause.
Identified: the cause is known and the fix is in progress.
Monitoring: the fix has been applied and the service is being watched to confirm it is stable.
Resolved: the service is back to normal.
Each update has a timestamp and is ordered oldest to newest: read top to bottom to follow events from detection to resolution.
3. The uptime metric
Uptime is the percentage of time a service was available over a measured period. To visualise, in a 30-day month:
Uptime | Corresponding downtime |
|---|---|
99.9% | about 43 minutes |
99.5% | about 3.6 hours |
99% | about 7.2 hours |
The status page calculates uptime over the last 90 days, with a per-day history bar for each service.
Note:
Uptime on the status page is measured by the monitoring system for the shared service. It does not replace the contractual SLA report specific to your business.
The contract's calculation method (e.g. whether planned maintenance is excluded) may differ from what is displayed.
4. You have an incident but the page shows normal
The status page only reflects the SYSMAN services we monitor. A problem with your internal network, your office internet link or one specific computer will not appear there. Quick checks:
Scope: are colleagues seeing the same error? What about other computers in the office?
Connectivity: can you reach other websites? Try mobile 4G/5G.
Device: try a different browser or device; restart the app.
Recent changes: did you just change a password, install software or update the OS?
If the problem persists, report it to SYSMAN:
Critical incident (affecting many people or a critical system): call the hotline 0833139247 (24/7 for SLA customers).
Other cases: submit a request on the contact page under "Technical support", or email the support mailbox.
When reporting, include: the affected service, when it started, the error message (screenshot), the results of the checks above, and a note that the status page shows normal. This helps engineers quickly tell whether the problem is on the service side or yours.
